Cannot find all PowerPoint buttons when in binder due to design.

Cause:

Office Binder is not designed to provide completely full functionality in the server applications. Therefore, the PowerPoint New Slide and Slide Layout buttons, and the design status box are not available when viewing a PPT 7.0 presentation in an Office for Windows 95 binder.

Solution:

Use the menu commands instead of the buttons or design status box.
NOTE 1: No functionality is lost.
NOTE 2: This interface is by Microsoft design.
